Charles Inniss

I believe that the best gift to the world is person who is truly thriving! And because I know what it's like to struggle with mental health and emotional well-being challenges, I'm super passionate about helping other educated professionals to overcome stress, burnout, depression, and anxiety.

I began my career as physical therapist and personal trainer and developed a passion for positive psychology when I was hired as the onsite corporate wellness coach for employees at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in 2013.

During my 7+ years at Blue Cross, I coached over 1000 professionals and believe that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Now, in addition to coaching highly educated professionals 1:1, I partner with companies to help elevate the mental health and emotional well-being of their organizations through in-person or virtual speeches and workshops.
